Returns & Exhanges

  • Return Window: Contact us within 40 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Return Shipping: Shipping costs are fully covered for all eligible returns.
  • Exchanges: Once approved, we cover shipping both ways for exchanges.
  • Damaged Deliveries: Please notify us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo. A replacement will be shipped promptly.
    Lost/Stolen Packages: After shipment, packages are under the carrier’s responsibility. Any claims must be filed directly with USPS.
